Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Within 24 hours, Australia Post will send tracking updates and estimated delivery times. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Processing & Handling Times

Each Just Magnets order is lovingly made to order. Because every photo magnet is uniquely personalised, we ask for a little extra time to create something truly special.

Processing time: 2-3 business days

If you’re purchasing magnets for a special event such as a wedding, birthday, or anniversary, please take our processing and delivery times into account when placing your order. During busy seasons or promotional periods, slight delays may occur as we give every order the care it deserves.

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Newcastle, Australia.


Delivery Timeframes

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted Australia Post services.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you need to change your address or update your shipping method, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


Important Information

We take great pride in ensuring your order arrives safely, but certain factors are beyond our control. Just Magnets cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Australia Post or customs

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Damage incurred during transit

  • Issues related to PO Boxes

  • Packages stolen or missing after confirmed delivery

Please note that if your parcel is delayed by Australia Post but eventually delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
