Because every Just Magnets order is custom-made with your photos and personal details, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is created especially for you — and we take great care to ensure it’s perfect before it leaves our studio.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or fulfilled, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we want to make things right. Please email us as soon as possible with the following details:

Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Our team will carefully review your request, and where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
