🛍️ Ordering

What is the status of my order?
When you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email right away. Once your order has been handcrafted, packed, and shipped, you’ll get a second email containing your tracking information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and details of any changes or cancellation requests.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it.

I urgently need my order. Can you prioritise it?
Absolutely! We can certainly try please email alex@justmagnets.com.au with your requests.

How much is shipping?

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $55

  • Express Shipping: $12.95

  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $150

What are your handling times?
Our products are custom-made with care, so please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be created and dispatched.
Processing time does not include shipping or delivery periods.

During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

If you need your order quickly, select Priority Order + Express Shipping at checkout for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand from our Sydney studio.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates are usually available within 24 business hours of dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been fulfilled, refunds cannot be issued.

My order arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us as soon as possible with the following details so we can help:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • Photos showing the defect or damage

We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

I received the wrong product — what now?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll make sure you get the correct product right away.


🖼️ Custom Photo Magnets

Do I have to send a physical photo?
No need! Simply upload your digital photo directly on the product page. Photos from your phone or camera will work perfectly.

How do I crop my photos to the correct ratio?
On the product page, click “Upload Photos” to upload your images. You’ll be taken to the editor, where you can crop your photo to your desired settings. If for some reason we think your images will distort when printing for the magnets we will contact you and be sure you are happy before proceeding with alterations to your uploaded images.

Can I change my photo after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you can change your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at alex@justmagnets.com.au
After this timeframe, changes unfortunately can’t be made.
